The Entire Family is Welcome at all our Events!
Since Duchenne is a rare, complicated disease, we encourage all members of the family to attend to better understand what their loved one is going through. Families are not only able to use their time at the Summit to learn more about managing various aspects of the Duchenne, but are also able to connect with other families in their area.
Currently with no cure, education on various care and management practices are very important to extend quality of life for developing children with this disease. Each Regional Family Summit is different, and we try to cover topics requested by each unique community.
See when the next family and caregiver workshops are scheduled.
