I am pleased to share with you the news surrounding CureDuchenne. We have told you, we supported this group because of their commitment to research and we are proud to present the following two announcements about a research project CureDuchenne helped get off the ground.
CureDuchenne funded the first $1.3 million dollars of an exon-skipping project, lead by the Dutch biotech company, Prosensa. The early signs look good, and we are all praying for mercy as it keeps progressing through trial.
CureDuchenne is not a flash-in-the-pan organization but rather a mission the Revell family is committed to. These boys need our help as they don’t have a voice of their own.
We felt it very important to share this information with you because Timothy will be inspiring Tim to run his 3rd Austin Marathon for CureDuchenne on February 17, 2008. As the marathon gets closer, please stand with us again as we continue to raise money for more research that will give Duchenne boys a chance for a lifetime.
May God bless your generosity!
